Is there a rescue or adopter who can help this sweet boy? He loves to play fetch and is young and still learning how to walk on a leash, though he is making great progrss! Dino has been at Enid Animal Control for almost a month and I'm worried he won't make it out alive if he doesn't make it out soon. Dino seems to get along with other dogs but hasn't technically had a dog test. He is probably around a year old, maybe even a little less basedon his personality.
