My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kona is a 1.5 year old female German Shepherd Dog in need of a new home.

Kona is a friendly and playful girl. She very much enjoys playing fetch and other activities and displays a solid drive. With other dogs, she be a bit selective as she had had not been properly socialized prior to coming to us, so further socialization will definitely be important as she develops.

Kona's adoption comes with a Lifetime Training package from Von Dubinhaus Shepherds, so we'll definitely assist in the process of helping her become a well-balanced, wonderful family pet.

We are looking for an adopter who is ready to welcome a dog to their home and put in the time and effort to help Kona reach her potential. No apartments or homes with cats, small-dogs, or children under the age of 7. If you have a well-balanced, social dog of decent size in the home, preferably male, we can work with it, but Kona will not be allowed to go home until the dogs are best of buddies!

Kona is not spayed currently and we do want to disclose that she has a slight natural deformity of her front left leg. It does not hinder her in any way, she runs just fine on it, but the leg is angled inwards a bit, so that is something to note.

If you feel you are a fit for this special girl, please reach out to us and we can begin the screening process!
