WANDA is a 3 year old spayed black female Lab who weighs 47 pounds. Wanda & Lady Bear are a bonded pair they have been together since Lady Bear was a puppy. Wanda is more laid back and Lady Bear still has puppy energy, they are very loving. Both are outgoing and love to play and get petted. If you throw a ball Wanda will get to it first pick it up then drops it, Lady Bear will pick it up and bring it back. They would love a home that has a yard for them to play in. They are a bonded pair and will be adopted together. Good with other dogs, are good when meeting new dogs. Knows sit and come, working on other commands. Will have a Training Addendum to give the training they need. Haven't been on lead much learning to use an easy walk harness. Crate trained may be house trained they are keeping their room clean at the kennel. Approved for kids ages 10+.

3 BEST things about adopting Lady Bear & Wanda:
1. They will make you laugh every day.
2. They are really great in the house - totally house trained, and they settle nicely considering they are 1 and 3.
3. They have ready made playmates in each other.
Lady Bear's biggest quirk: She HATES cows! It's pretty much the only thing she barks at. Common where I live, but unless you have cows for neighbors like me, you'll have a pretty quiet girl on your hands!
Wanda's biggest quirk: Girl has a super amazing ability to kill toys. She never touches anything that isn't a dog toy, but if it has fluff, it's death is imminent.
They get along great with other dogs. They correct really easily with a verbal warning if they are doing something wrong. They can hop a 4 foot fence if there is something fun (like another dog that they want to play with) on the other side, but correct well when told not to - adopters just need to be aware of this and watch them and work with them. These girls are highly trainable!
Update: These girls are so much fun! Their personalities have really blossomed in the last week at their foster home. Lady Bear loves to run and play, and is the more submissive of the two. She listens when Mama Wanda tells her no, and loves to snuggle. She's really like a fluffy teddy bear, and she will climb up into your lap and collapse into a ball begging for belly rubs. Wanda is much more independent, and loves to play with toys - especially squeaky toys! She does enjoy affection though, and will sit next to me and loves to get her ears scratched. Lady Bear crates like a dream, and will go in there with no protest. Wanda doesn't love the crate, and so she is blocked into the room with Lady Bear's crate, and she doesn't get into any trouble. Both girls are house trained. They sleep quietly in their room through the night. They would likely do well sleeping in their foster mom's bedroom but there are too many fun dogs for them to play with in there and sleep would probably not happen. Lady Bear & Wanda are very good girls, and can't wait to find their forever family!
