My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Muppet is the perfect name for this adorable baby because she is silly, spunky, sweet and ever so animated. Her favorite pastime is keeping track of all the dog toys in the house so she can play with them. No squeaks go unnoticed with Muppet around! She is patient but very persistent. Her other favorites are lizard watching, sitting next to people on the couch and getting treats. This baby loves all the finest things in life - playing, lounging and eating! She is completely house trained, will let you know when it's breakfast or dinner time and loves to be next to you. She would also prefer to sleep with you but will sleep in her dog bed. Muppet does well with other dogs, cats and older children. No small children will be considered since she did come to us with ulcerated eyes that we healed with medication. She will need eye drops periodically for dry eye as many Pekingese and similar breeds do, but she is very good about it and greatly appreciates a treat afterwards. If you have experience with this breed or similar breeds with large eyes and would like to meet Muppet, you can email her foster mom at donna4thedogs@gmail.com. An application, vet reference and adoption fee of $225 will be required for adoption. She is fully vetted, estimated to be around 4 years old, and heart worm negative. She really is the sweetest Peke companion you will find!
