Here's what the humans have to say about me:
’m Sweet Shannon and I love to be with my “humans”! I always want to be around my foster family. I hang out with them on the couch while watching TV or under the desk while they are on the computer. But when I get in some “Lap Time” – that is when I am the happiest! I am learning to follow my “humans” around outside off leash (with practice), so you can tell I can get very attached to those who love me. I am always by their side. I also love to play ball and am thrilled to go on car rides.
I am crate trained and, if taken out on a schedule, I am house broken. I currently am being fostered with a cat and another dog. I get along with them, though sometimes have food issues with the dog.
I will make an absolutely wonderful pet for a family who is home a lot of the time (unless you can take me with you) and has children over age 10 due to my small size and because I am a little hesitant of smaller kids. Once I know them, I love them just as much as my older “humans”. You have to be patient with me when you first meet me as I am a little hesitant of new people. But if you offer me a treat and play a little ball with me, I warm up fast..
Please give me a chance to love, cuddle and be a part of you and your family. I may be only 8 pounds but I am a ton of love!!!

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
