My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Grab tight to your heart strings, because these two just may steal them. Zoro and his brother, Leroy, are as handsome as they come. Zoro was born around Dec 2015 and weighs 6 or 7 lbs. He is a Boston Terrier/Chihuahua mix. He is smart, delightful, sweet and playful. He is potty pad trained and will need continued housetraining at their new homes. Zoro is the calmer of the two, but neither are hyper pups. Zoro would do okay in a home as an only dog without missing a canine companion.

Prior to adoptions, all dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated (age appropriate), heartworm tested, microchipped and are kept up to date on flea/tick and heartworm preventative.

Adoption fees are $300 for dogs up to 8 years of age and $200 for 8+ years.

SOMAD is a private, all volunteer, foster-home based rescue group. Please be patient as we answer your inquiries; we do our best to answer emails within a day, however volume and regular life schedules sometimes delay us.
