Meet Bunny (so named because she is a honey bunny and sure to steal your heart, whether or not it's Easter). Bunny comes to us from the Manhattan Shelter where she was turned in as an emaciated stray. Although a 3 year old purebred Cocker Spaniel, she came in weighing just 15 pounds, almost half of what is appropriate for her. Now in foster care, Bunny is putting on some much needed weight and is reported to be thriving. She is a friendly and fabulous dog and a real love bug, great with people and other pets. She will make a great addition to any family! Bunny is a healthy girl who has been spayed, microchipped, is current on all shots and has tested negative for heartworm. She will be professionally groomed before adoption and will be sporting a new leash and collar at the time of going home. If you would like to adopt Bunny, please email rescue@nyabandonedangels.com or visit http://www.nyabandonedangels.com/, where you can complete and return an online application. Meet Bunny and watch her hop her way right into your heart.
