Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Peggy followed a good Samaritan home one day after being on the street for who knows how long. She was very matted, skinny, had a bad eye infection and was very neglected to say the least. After some time searching for her home, the people that found Peggy decided to surrender her to our rescue because they could not keep her. Peggy has been around dogs of all sizes and small children and does fine with both. She is extremely friendly with strangers, but also knows how to protect the yard by barking. She is good on a leash, has improved indoor training skills, loves squeaky toys and tennis balls, knows a couple of basic commands, enjoys cuddling and acts like a wiggle worm a lot, will roll over easily for a belly rub, loves to sneak in face kisses, is a fantastic eater, will never pass on a treat, is great in the car and in public, and soooo much more! She would make the perfect fit to any home, but would be recommended to a home with an active to semi active lifestyle just because Peggy has puppy energy and has that hyper personality. She needs someone that can keep up!
