Wigeon is a doll! He is at once comical, curious, loving, endearing, and frightened. He has been in this foster home a few weeks now, and he's quickly discovering his inner Cairn. He adores foster dad and follows him everywhere, but he still cowers if we move too quickly. He loves to chase the ball, but doesn't particularly care if he gets it. When he does get it, he races to a safe place under the table instead of bringing it back. He has discovered soft beds, warm fleece blankets, squeaky toys, and the art of de-stuffing. Wigeon quickly learned to.....
