Hello! Mu name is Rupee, but you can call me Ruby. Foster Mom and I had a long talk today and I told her that I think I am ready to be adopted. You see, I'm a little shy (Foster Mom says I am reserved) about meeting new people, but I am going to be brave. After I get to know new people I like them a lot. Foster Mom asked me what I would like in a new home and here is my wish list. I'd like to have a family that would love me and let me sit in their laps and let me sleep with them and play with me. I like to play - I love toys, especially balls. Foster Mom says my new family would need to be a little patient, yet firm with me. I don't know what that means, but I don't like people to raise their voices because it scares me a little. Sometimes I don't understand what you want me to do, or I just don't want to do it because I am a Cairn Empress, you know. Maybe that's where the patience word comes in. When I learn something, I'm really good at it. I can shake before Foster Mom asks me to do it, but she has to have a treat for me. Did I tell you how much I love treats? I REALLY LOVE treats. I'd like to have a doggie brother or sister. I love my Foster Brother and Sister. They have taught me a lot and they keep me company and play with me, and I like to go on walks with them too. Foster Mom says I am a very sweet girl, but sometimes she calls me 'Debil' when I find stuff in the house and try to hide it. I like Foster Mom to chase me or I watch her get on her hands and knees and look all over the house for stuff. Foster Mom says I have a bad habit of trying to taste anything I find on the floor, and she calls me a vacuum Cairn. I am a Cairn Empress; there isn't anything bad about me, but I am curious about things I find and I want to make sure they are not a special treat I am missing.
