My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Etheridge is settling in very well. She does not play with the resident dogs, but watches them play with each other nicely. She still wants to be held and cuddled. but each cuddle starts with her being a bit rigid. She wants the affection but is still nervous. She relaxes once you start to pet her. She has found a few toys that look like chipmunks and squirrels - and has killed their squeakers - then cuddled the remains. She is an equal opportunity cuddler - men or women. As long as you have 10 fingers - you are on! Etheridge is learning to enjoy evening treats with the other dogs as well. She is quite dark, even for a brindle - when you look at her back the shading from dark brown to black is within each hair and is really quite pretty.

Etheridge is being fostered in Jessup, Marylandin a PRIVATE FOSTER HOME but we allow our dogs to be adopted out all over the United States and Canada!
