My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Samael (Sam) had a deadline for getting out of a high kill shelter. With a little luck and the care of Colonel Potter’s volunteers, he made it to freedom just in time. Samael has been with us for two weeks. I don't think I have met a nicer dog. He is very loving and sweet and has impressed us with how smart he is. He loves to play with my dogs and has shown no aggression toward toys or food. When you pick him up, he turns into a ragdoll, very relaxed! He is very handsome, too. He has already gained a little weight and will need to gain a little more as he was thin when he arrived. Samael has a great attitude and thrives on attention and praise. We are currently working on his housetraining and he is making progress. He is an intelligent little guy and I only have high praise for him! Samael is truly a very nice dog without the fears some of our rescues have to deal with.
