Miss Who came to us a very frightened little lady of 5 years that has spent her entire life producing puppies. She's very tiny (14.2 lbs) but a real bundle of love and curiosity. Upon her arrival, she would pull back and hide if approached and could not be coaxed to come near a person. She's had to learn what 'indoor' life among humans is like and is doing very well. She's been with us one week and has already learned that affection and love is GOOD and she's appreciative of everything you do for her. Miss Who is still apprehensive of new people (especially at first) but will now seek affection and is receptive to it. She is learning from the other dogs like a sponge soaking up water. She quickly mastered my wife's doggy door while visiting and also her kitchen trash can :-) We had a senior foster who recently went to the Rainbow Bridge, and we feel he is channeling this 'trick', as none of the others have ever done this. She is learning manners, how to play, chase squirrels, and ask for affection from the other Cairns in her life. She would probably do best in a home with another dog, as she seems to thrive in their companionship. Who is very smart and curious. We laughed when she .........
