Hi there! My name is Astor and I am a red wheaten, neutered, up-to-date-on-my-shots-boy! I just had my Golden birthday - I turned 6 on September 6 and Colonel Potter gave me the best birthday ever by bringing me to a new home!


I am a very shy boy who very much likes to stay by foster mom. Foster dad, I could really do without, but I am starting to trust all the people that take care of me every day. And of course, if he's holding all the treats, he's my FAVORITE! I am doing really good on my housetraining, I don't mark anymore as long as foster mom stays on our schedule. I don't know how to tell them when I have to go potty yet, they just take me out and I do my business!


I get along very nicely with my foster brother Buddie, we have even started to wrestle a little and I am liking it more every day! I am crate trained at night, but have to be near foster mom when I sleep and don't really like to stay by myself even when everyone is home, I have to see my family!


My best asset is my LOVABILITY! I nudge foster mom all the time to pet me and am always looking for skritches by my ears! I also give great kisses, not too wet and not too many, just enough to tell you that I love you!
