I was named after the bedraggled character in Beowulf because when I found my way into Col. Potter, I was in a pretty sad, neglected condition. You see I spent the first 12 years of my life in a breeding facility pumping out litter after litter of puppies. So you can understand how I didn't have time to take care of myself and how I lost my girlish figure. But I didn't lose my zest for life or love of people! Foster mom says I have a 'constant wag' stuck in my tail. I just can't seem to help myself. I'm so happy to be enjoying a life of freedom, love and wonderful care – finally! I love to trot around after foster mom or my human foster sisters and help supervise. This also helps to get me back in better physical condition.
