My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I can honestly say Wimbledon is a delight! He is seven years old but don't tell him that! He lived most of his life in a professional breeding facility. I think he kind of missed out on being a puppy and he is making up for lost time now! He never walks where he can trot and never trots where he can run pell-mell. When the 'squirrel alarm' goes out and the AROOOOOOS hit the air he answers the call to arms, skids across the tile and flies out the back door to assist with the Great Squirrel War. Fall in the midwest is prime Squirrel Time. They are busy at our feeders and trees and the dogs are determined to protect us. Wimby (as we affectionately call him) may be a lowly member of the pack but he is a determined soldier. If those darn squirrels would just come down from the tree he would give them Well, he's not sure what he would do but something IMPORTANT!
He loves to snuggle. He loves toys. He loves his foster sister Lovie. In fact Wimby loves everyone and everything except the camera. He doesn't stand still for long and is not a big fan of the flashie thing, making it a tad difficult to get a decent picture of him.
What Wimby needs most in life is a forever home. There is someone out there who needs a long legged goofball in his or her life. Someone who needs soft ears to scritch and sloppy kisses.
Are you that person? Is your heart in need of a Wimby?
