Hi! My name is Dash and my foster mom says I am a Dachshund mix because I have short legs and a really looooong body. Some people might call me a lowrider! All I know is that everyone who meets me says I am just too cute for words!! I was born around March 10, 2016, and my foster mom says I am getting old enough to go to a forever home. I am not really sure what a forever home is but I hope it comes with a nice fenced yard, lots of toys and another dog to play with because I need to stay busy – they didn’t name me Dash for nothing. It would also be nice if a forever home came with really nice people who let me be a member of their family and they would love me unconditionally (that’s a big word for a little puppy). I am just a little puppy who is learning to be a “grown up” dog so I will need some patience and love. The good news is that I am doing pretty good on my potty training but sometimes I get busy playing and forget that I need to go outside. Maybe you can help me remember? Do you have lots of unconditional love to give me?? Can I come live with you??
Dash is available for adoption with Saving Grace Dog Rescue of San Antonio. The adoption fee is $150.00. An adoption application, home visit and adoption contract are all required. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, and wormed for internal and external parasites. If you would like more information or an adoption application, please email us at sgdrsa@outlook.com.
Please note that visual breed identification in rescue dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only GUESSING at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
