Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Moondoggie was rescued from a local kill shelter where he had been brought in as a stray. Somehow Moondoggie had gotten himself caught in a trap for ferals; however, he is anything but feral. Moondoggie obviously belonged to someone at some time, as he is very social and friendly. But as is so often the case, he wasn't vetted (he is now!) and no one came to claim him during his stray-hold period. After tossing him around and having the shelter volunteers affirm what a great cat he is, he was tagged for rescue and entered FFAR's foster/adoption program. Moondoggie is a fabulous cat! He is tall and lanky and has beautiful spotted markings. He is vet aged at around a year old so will probably fill out some more, but he is a very handsome cat. Moondoggie has a wonderful face with huge wideset eyes which give him a wise appearance. Moondoggie gets along with kids, cats and dogs. He can be held upside down and put in any pretzel shape possible without complaint, a truly remarkable and unusual cat. If an easygoing loving super-cool tall lanky lover fits the bill for your next forever family member, look no further! Moondoggie is your man!
