My story

Pawsitively Abby has had a rough life without many of the luxuries we take for granted, like a warm place to sleep and a good meal every day. Now safely in foster care in the Dallas area, this gorgeous 8-9 year old AKC style Black and Tan Coonhound is looking for a place to call her own. Pawsitively Abby gets along great with other dogs and cats, is house trained, kennel trained and loves to take naps. Abby's favorite things are food and a nice comfy bed. She will insist on being spoiled and doesn't much care for wet or tall grass. She'll let you know when it's time to eat and when she needs to go outside. She will happily eat and sleep in her kennel. She rarely barks and doesn't get worked up. She groans when you try to wake her up and she's not ready to get up. She is a breeze to take care of, she is very appreciative to be in a nice loving home. Abby would do best in a home without small children and in a calm, quite environment. If you have a place in your heart for this beautiful girl, then Pawsitively Abby is your hound!
