My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oogie Boogie is a friendly bearded dragon looking for a loving, reptile experienced home. As you can see, he has been eating too many bugs and is on the chubbier side. To be at a healthy weight Boogie will require a healthy diet of dark vegetation like dandelion greens or romaine lettuce every day, as well as access to Bearded Dragon pellet food, along with crickets or mealworms several times a week. He would also enjoy some kale or fruits like peaches or bananas as an occasional treat. He is okay with being handled and loves to explore his surroundings. He especially likes to bask on under his heat lamp and will need a nice, tall branch set up that he can climb on to soak up the heat. Bearded Dragons are some of the easier reptiles but will still require a lot of time, research, and money! Boogie will need a very large tank kept clean, at least 40 gallons but the larger the tank, the happier he will be! He would prefer sand bedding and would like a cave that he can hide under when he's feeling shy. Bearded Dragons are inquisitive creatures who enjoy time out of the tank to explore but are solitary and do not require or desire another Bearded Dragon friend.
