Rome was surrendered by his previous owner and came to No Kitten Left Behind-MN through a transfer program. Rome is a smart cat who can be a champion at dinner or snack time; becoming quite vocal to his foster mom when he wants to play, eat or just as a greeting. With new people, Rome is initially cautious but will soon enjoy sitting on your lap, or just laying next to you to get more attention.

Rome loves his toys! He mews when he has a stringed toy like a feather wand or fuzzy ball on a string – as if to let the others know of his prized possession. And he loves to play fetch with his catnip mice and feather toy! Rome is an affectionate, clever cat with a soft spot for washing other kitties and spending alone time with his foster mom.

Rome has become very bonded with his foster buddy, Pepe. We would like to find them a home together since they have such a wonderfully strong bond.

Rome uses his cat scratcher and litter box without issue. He has been vet checked, neutered, microchipped and is up to date on vaccinations. He has also tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV.

The adoption fee for Rome and Pepe is $300 + tax.
