PENNY is 8 years old and was owner surrendered when her family could no longer care for her. She is very frightened in the shelter environment and needs a quiet home where she can be a lap dog. She needs to lose a few pounds and she will be looking great--so cute! Came in with PRINCESS, a 9 year old golden retriever.
