Hershey is a dark chocolate female Schnauzer/Chihuahua Mix. Her vet birthday guess is 7/18/2010 and she weighs 6.20 pounds. Hershey visited the vet clinic 7/20/2011 to receive her spay, vaccines with rabies, occult heartworm and fecal testing negative, micro chipped, started receiving monthly heartworm prevention and flea control. She is ready for adoption.
Hershey was rescued with her sister Rocky 7/19/2011 in Texarkana Texas. Their owners have a Chihuahua and the neighbor across the street has a Schnauzer. A liter resulted, Hershey and Rocky could not find a home. The sisters were loved by the owners young daughter but had to leave because they were unable to give them vet care.
Hershey is a leader. She loves the outdoors, toys being with you. Hershey knows her name, walks on a leash and is doing pretty good with potty training. Sometimes she will get excited and pee. Asking the vet clinic found this to be somewhat normal for the age and size. Hershey would be fine in any home life with or without children and other K 9's.
Adoption fee is $175.
