My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ginger (or Ginny) is not even a year old yet and she'd been in and out of the shelter and several different homes. She needs someone who is committed to her and will ensure she never has to pack up her leash and move again.

At one point Ginger was kicked hard enough to break two of her ribs and her foot. She is a little shy when meeting new people but warms up almost immediately when she knows you're friendly and loves everyone she meets. She is a fun-filled puppy who loves to play and is slowly learning NOT to nip when excited in play. Ginny would do best as an only dog. While she actually quite likes dogs and loves to play with them, she does not like to share any human attention with a canine buddy. Being the only dog will allow her to soak up all the love on her own

Ginny is well-mannered, walks excellent on a leash, is not a big barker and is good in her crate. This lovely gal enjoys playing with balls, squeaky toys and rope chews. Ginny has good recall and stays by her people on walks and in the home. In the dog park, where she doesn't have to share her people, she will run and play, having a great time with the other dogs.
