My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cookie is a low maintenance affection seeker. After a few scratches on the head, she will usually flop over when she is ready for you to move on to some belly rubs. She has only been around older kids and has been great with them. Following a slow introduction process, Cookie has done well with a submissive young adult male resident dog, but did not do well with an older reactive dominant male resident dog. Her behavior around cats is unknown.

Cookie is crated trained and remains calm and quiet in her crate. It is unknown if she is house trained at this time but it should be easily accomplished in her new home using her crating skills. She walks pretty well on a leash and only tugs slightly from time to time. Besides affection, Cookie enjoys chew toys, tug toys and sprinting around the yard. She does well when greeting new people and normally keeps all four feet on the floor. She rarely needs correction for jumping up on people. She has also been contained successfully with a standard four foot chain link fence.

Cookie has a ton of love to give and is ready to give it all to a person, couple or family searching for a dog like her.
