My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Lacey and I am an 8 year old red smooth female. So far I seem to love all people, even young children who are respectful of me. My brother Jeb, sister Tillie & I were the pampered pets of an older lady, however she passed on last year. My daddy tried to keep all of us in her memory, but he just wasn't able to give us the time & attention that we needed. So, he placed us into rescue so that we could find loving homes who would give us the time & attention we deserve.


I am pleasantly plump right now, weighing in at 19.5 lbs. My foster home is working on my weight, which should be no more then 15 lbs. I am up to date on shots, spayed and ready to find my new forever home. Please check back for updates on me as I am very new to my foster home! I am supposed to be house-trained & pee pad trained, so my foster home will be checking this out. I would do best in a home with another small dog, or being adopted with my brother Jeb.
