My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cali, a loving, little 10 week old Chocolate Lab/Australian Shepherd mix. She is very playful and loves to snuggle. This sweet girl must be one of the happiest puppies we have ever seen! Cali and her sister, Rayna (a.k.a. Rain) are the cutest peas in a pod you could ever meet! Of course, there are no expectations for anyone to adopt them together (which is why we created a post for each of them), as they would do fine if separated, but these goofy girls asked us to put in a good word for them to stay together. It may sound like you’d have your hands full, but in reality, these lil ladies keep each other entertained with all of their inside jokes and cuddling! Just a fair warning to everyone, Cali and Rayna will not be up for adoption long! I mean, LOOK AT THEM!

*Reminder--Cali and Rayna are marked as a bonded pair simply for easier access to Rayna's profile. Again, they are not required to be adopted together.*

****************AN APPLICATION AND HOME VISIT ARE REQUIRED!***************

Please visit www.RuralAnimalRescueEffort.org for foster and adoption applications or for additional information.

All of our pets are or will be spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccines prior to adoption. Please complete the application on our website and we will call you to answer any questions you may have.

Our adoption fees not only help the animal being adopted, but they also help to cover heartworm treatments and other treatable ailments that many animals, that would otherwise be euthanized, need to be made available for adoption.

Thank you for choosing to adopt, foster, or aid in the rescue efforts of RARE!
