My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bailey is a sweet silver lab. She is a bonded pair with her brother Jack. Bailey is a bit reserved, and will let Jack take the lead. She is very good with kids and loves to take walks. They both are housebroken, and use the doggie door at our house. Bailey is great with other dogs that we have ran into on walks. Her and Jack are NOT cat friendly. They are very aggressive towards cats. She loves her morning and evening walks. She also likes to let you know when it's time to eat - or time to go outside with a little yip! She will then pick up what ever toys is around and carry it with her until you get her outside or to her food dish. Bailey is kennel trained, but both really prefer to be sleeping on their doggie beds in your room or the family room. Both love to roll around and play with the bigger kids, but are very gentle with the little ones. I have watched them run to the door and they make sure not to knock over any kids while getting there. They would make a great addition to a family with young kids. Bailey does tend to favor her left back leg, but the medicine the vet gave us has done wonders! We are waiting for the latest x-ray to come back. We did take them into the pool this past weekend and they LOVED it! Not much for the swimming yet - but playing and splashing on the steps was great!
