My story

Franklin is fostered in Le Mesa CA through United Yorkie Rescue http://www.unitedyorkierescue.org.

Franklin is estimated to be 10 yrs old and is 13 lbs. He came in to United Yorkie Rescue in September 2016 rescued from the Carlsbad, CA. shelter after being found as a stray in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.
The shelter estimates that he is roughly 10 years old, but you would never know it from his attitude. From the moment he was free, he has been jumping and bouncing around and playing with his new foster brothers. Franklin is a bit overweight and will need an eye kept on his food intake to get to a healthy weight. Franklin will get a trip to the vendor for dental as a part of his makeover and preparation for a new home. After his grooming, he was feeling so much better that he was bouncing around and finally discovered the box of toys.
He loves the toys and was teaching his foster brother how to play tug of war within just a few minutes!
