My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Australian Cattle Dog mix; Male; 4 years; 52 pounds

REN is a big lover to those he trusts and fortunately it doesn’t take too long to get him to trust you (a little chicken goes a long way). He is definitely a herder since scooters, joggers, bikers and those other fast moving things going past are just a little too much for Ren not to want to chase and nip like the herding mix he is. He is a happy go lucky dog that is ready to learn and is excited to do so. He is a great snuggle buddy and is great at keeping himself entertained with toys when you are not around. He could benefit from someone who will work on building his confidence around new people and environments. Gardeners and other “workers” seem to be the most distressing to him so he will do best with a family that will help him become more comfortable around those kinds of strangers. Ask to see him outside his kennel... he is a totally different dog.
