My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If Jasmine had a say in what happens to her in her life she would not be in this loud place with all the other animals. She would be back at her home taking a catnap in a ray of sunshine on the carpet. But Jasmine somehow got away from home and was brought to the shelter on Nov. 9th. Maybe her owner thought they were doing her a favor by letting her outside for some excitement. But indoor cats remain safe from harm and they can be enriched through toys and play. Maybe Jasmine was startled out of her yard by a loose dog or thunderstorm. By the time she stopped running she couldn't find her way back. At the shelter she is so scared. The workers and volunteers are nice and feed her and clean her cage. They are kind to her. But still, Jasmine longs for a home where she is loved and adored. Jasmine is up to date with shots and will be spayed, combo-tested, and micro-chipped upon adoption. She is in Cage 667 and her ID is 590245.
