This handsome hunk is Knuckles!!

Knuckles is a 55lb. 3-year-old male Black-Tri Australian Shepherd with a fabulous tail.Two words to describe him the best......Beautiful and Loving!The smile and the loves are contagious! 

I love to run and be outdoors, play with my toys (the squeaker the better) and the harder the toy (I like to hear it bang on the floor) the better! Oh boy the antlers to chew, fetch is fun but it’s 50/50 if I bring the ball back (hehe). Friends! I love my friends but I play hard and fast so they need my silly energy to keep up.

Foster Mom says if I get too silly (bad doggie behavior) she will pull out the whistle. I know what that means…. settle down Knuckles. I am a great listener and also respectful and mindful of other dogs personal space when they don’t want to play with me.

I love being with my people. I am housebroken and I won’t chew up your belongings!I will sleep in a kennel all night but I like to be in your bedroom please.I love to learn and my foster mom uses positive reinforcement which works the best for me. I get a lot of love and patience because I want to please.

I know sit, stay, come and I’m working hard on off, down and my recall is good too.When I came into rescue I had some terrible itching but since being on a grain free diet it has stopped! Right now, I am eating Taste of the Wild.

I will need a fenced yard please. I live with a kitty and when he runs I run too. Foster mom says that is a no-no. So, no kitty’s for me.I have not been around small children but I am quite the handful of energy and I’m afraid I may accidentally knock them down.

I am neutered, up to date on my Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, Fecal tested and treated. I am micro-chipped and take my monthly preventatives of Heartgard and Frontline.I am being fostered in the Columbia, Missouri area.
