Oreo is a lovely, sweet, snuggly, huggable, friendly and trusting, two-year-old, female Tuxedo cat looking for a loving guardian.

Oreo was rescued from Chicago Animal Care and Control when she was found as a pregnant stray. Lucky for her, she was able to raise her kittens in a loving foster home.

Oreo was a wonderful mom to her kittens, now that they’ve found a home, she’d love a home of her very own - possibly as the only cat. She’s not particularly fond of her foster mom’s cat and dog. However, she adores people and loves gentle-natured children. She loves to sleep snuggled on her foster's bed each night and she lets you pick her up like a baby and pet her belly.

Oreo has excellent litter box and scratching post habits.

Oreo is very healthy, spayed, de-wormed, up-to-date on rabies and distemper vaccinations, virus-tested negative and micro-chipped. She has all her claws, but lets you trim them with no problem at all.

Oreo’s adoption fee of $85 benefits the Treehouse Humane Society. She is being fostered in Lake Bluff, Illinois.
