Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This youngster was taken in as part of the collaborative efforts of AAE, Lifesavers Wild Horse Rescue, Resilient Life Horsemanship, and the Medicine Horse Project. Rhett came to AAE in September 2016 with some exposure to humans. In September/October of 2016 Rhett spent several weeks at the Monty Roberts International Learning Center (MRILC) as a project horse for students where she received some handling, desensitizing, and socializing and honed her haltering, leading, and general handling skills before continuing her learning with additional groundwork, long-lining, and started under saddle (no rider). Rhett did very well and is ready to find a human of her own to continue her learning. She's a special one!
