My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hershey saw our wonderful friends at North Fork Animal Clinic and wowed them...she is just such an awesome rescue. Her blood work came back great-no heart worm disease (such a rare treat for us) and no tick diseases. All her vaccines including rabies are up to date and we're pretty sure she is spayed. She's never had a litter and looks like a faint spay scar so we're going with that :)
After her visit, she got a nice warm and much needed bath. I cannot stress what a wonderful furkid this is and she is now up for adoption. Dog friendly, every human friendly, loves car rides, great getting baths, house broken, crate trained but totally unnecessary, affectionate, great on a leash. All of which is amazing since were talking about a dog chained up outside her entire life.
Hershey was rescued from the Richland County shelter. She is around 7 years old, weighs 45 lbs, and is a medium sized lab mix. Hands down, best dog in the rescue right now.
