Well our Malibu isn't actually wild but she sure is free...free from her former life as an unwanted shelter dog. Malibu is a very happy 3 year old mostly white Collie mix weighing 35 lbs (perfect cuddle size!). This gorgeous girl was pulled into rescue from an over crowded high kill southern shelter and placed with a loving foster family where she has blossomed. She s excellant house manners and is crate trained as well, but she is a very good girl and really doesn't need one. Malibu's foster mom says she is perfect with children and ges along great with other dogs. Cats? Well... she likes to chase cats and while she has not actually harmed any cats we tend to think most kitties would prefer not to have her as a housemate. Aside from the cat thing, this sweet girl is pretty much perfect. She is great on leash and loves going for walks. Travel is a Malibu breeze with this little darling. She enjoys the ride and is never critical of the driver. She quickly catches on to things and enjoys learning as well. She has 'sit' down to an art and is perfecting her down (lay down) command, before you know it she'll add shake to the list. Malibu enjoys an assortmant of toys to entertain herself while her people are busy doing people things. She really loves some great chew bones as well. We know it gets cold on those long winter nights but hey, this love bug is more than happy to snuggle up and bring on the Malibu heat. No mystery here...she'll wrap you up in warmth and throw in a few kiosses on the side. Malibu is already spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, current on preventatives, and micro chipped. She is ready to bring her sunny disposition to a wonderful loving forever family. No doubt you'll see this precious face in your dreams cuz she's going to get a hold of your heart and we just know Malibu is all you're going to want.

All dogs are quarantined for two weeks outside of the shelter (puppies four weeks) to ensure they don't break with disease
