EVELYNE's Story...
MEET LITTLE EVELYNE!

This little girl is so very sweet and very shy ... she takes a while to warm up, but once you are her person, she doesn't want to leave your side! She will give her whole heart to you, she is so endearing, adorable and loving. She definitely tends to bond with one human.

Evelyne walks well on the leash, she is a bit fearful of strangers when met, so her guardian has to be aware of that and advocate for her. She is fine with other dogs and is with a pack of them right now in her foster's house. She is housetrained and wee wee pad trained. She is not destructive when left alone.

Evelyne will thrive in a home that understands her somewhat timid nature and can accommodate it. She should be in an adult only home and one where someone is home a great deal of the time.

She is about four yrs old and is utd on shots and is spayed.

HAVE QUESTIONS? WANT TO ARRANGE A VISIT? Please contact reboundhounds@gmail.com and her rescue will get right back to you, thanks!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

EVELYNE, a Philadelphia Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Philadelphia, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Philadelphia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Philadelphia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Philadelphia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Philadelphia paves the way for another one to be saved.
