Meet Asher!! He is dog #204 from the City of Hartford Animal Control. We are in immediate need of an experienced foster for Asher. He is very sweet and affectionate. He did great with the other dogs he met. He is playful and loves to be pet. He will be fully vetted and neutered in the next few days.
