UPDATED BIO 02/13/2017: Poco has been in UYR for a short time and has stolen Foster Mom’s heart and become her constant shadow. She is an adorable, affectionate and smart little senior girlie.
Poco loves to be held. It’s easy to hold her since she only weighs 6.8 pounds and feels light as a feather. She does like to eat her food off the floor or out of your hand. Poco only barks when she wants something. Sometimes it is to go outside and other times she just wants her Foster Mom’s attention. Even though it is suspected that Poco was born with no hair on her back, we think she looks adorable with or without her little dresses and soft cotton t-shirts. Don’t you?
Poco loves to sleep on the pillow next to Foster Mom’s head or close by her side. She is great walking on the leash with her fur brothers and comes running with her tag wagging when she is called. She gets along with her fur brothers and even the visiting kitty-cat. Poco has had only a few accidents in the house. However, she does need to go out every couple of hours, so at least one stay-at-home adoptive parent would be ideal.
Poco’s perfect home would be with someone that is retired so that she can be taken out consistently and also so that she can receive the attention she so deserves. Traveling is not a problem for Poco since she does really well riding in her doggie seat in the car. She loves going for walks several times a day. She could be the only princess in the home, or would happily share her home with another dog close to her age and size.
