Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jax is a 3 year old neutered male short coat Chihuahua. He is very shy but warms up quickly, and has been a fast learner for "No face licking!" and is appropriately apologetic when he just HAS to! Very sweet little guy. House trained, and will use a potty pad if he can't wait. Prefers to not wear coat (it was such a battle to get him to wear one, and the looks I got were so pathetic that I just quit! He is happier just going outside quickly in the cold, and running back in when done!) although I personally think he should wear one. He just looks so cute!!! Anyway, he is shy. He does take a while to warm up. He is learning better manners at taking food from one's hands (he gets too anxious and grabby) very nicely. He is just such a sweet little boy! Loves to snuggle up next to Jim and watch the TV from the vantage point of Jim's shoulder. Curls up right around his neck. Loves him some belly rubs, will roll right over to make it both easier to rub his belly and obvious that he wants you to rub his belly. Did I say how sweet he is? No? Oh, well then, he is very sweet! He is ready to move on to his fur-ever home now, and we will be just as picky as we usually are in finding that home for him. He will also have complete say-so in our choices for him. If he does not want to live with our choices, then we will wait until we find the choice that he does like!
