Meet TIA! She is about 4 years old and was found begging for food outside a restaurant in Puerto Rico with barely any fur left on her tiny body. She also had been abused by children as well, therefore she would do best in a home with no kids. She is such a sweet girl, loving and playful - would do ok with dogs, but more passive easy going dogs. Can you give her a forever home?
