Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Cleo! At 9 years of age, this young lady has mentally battled more than we could ever imagine. Her past left a hole in her heart and a level of uncertainly when meeting new people. For those that understand canine communication, you'll be able to friend her in no time. She loves our entire staff and anyone that respects her space on first meet. Once she is comfortable, she gives her full heart and love. She is truly looking for a simple, quiet, no pressure lifestyle. A soft bed, a yard, companionship and very basic exercise and stimulation is all this girl needs in order to feel happy and secure (a car ride or a walk here and there). She is ready to find a forever home and finally "just be." Cleo loves little dogs as they are less threatening and scary. Cleo is currently integrated into our little dog play group here at CRCS, she cruises around with 10 little dogs in her presence just fine, doing her own thing, completely comfortable. Cleo had a botched eye surgery when she was young which left scaring on both eyes. She is petite and once in a home, will be low maintenance. With the adoption of Cleo, you will receive FULL SUPPORT from CRCS on several levels. Please inquire for more details. Our goal? Success and happiness for both Cleo and her adopter. Have an extra spot in the house for a senior girl? Rescue Cleo and she just may rescue you right back. We love this girl and all that she stands for. Little to medium size dogs OK. For Cleo's comfort, no children please, Cleo says thank you for respecting her wishes! Age 9 years. 39 lbs.
