Tick was saved by a nice park ranger after being found in the woods on April 22, 2016. Tick apparently had been a bait dog, as he was covered in scars, and had a pretty bad wound (swollen neck area - had to be lanced!) when he arrived at our facility. His teeth have also been filed down. What a sweet, sweet boy we have here!!!! Tick weighs 51.2 lbs as of 04/22/16 and is appx 5 years old. EST DOB 04/22/2011. He is doing well with the other dogs, big or small, and loves people! Tick is heartworm positive and has started his treatment. Our boy will make a great companion for a family or for a single! This boy is just thankful that the park ranger found him!
