Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Spartacus was transferred over to us from another rescue and is looking for his forever home. Before being transferred to us he was a shelter favorite because of his super sweet disposition. He's 7 years old and was stuck at the shelter for months and months before his freedom ride. This is what his foster mom has to say about him: "He's pretty shy, I have never heard him bark, a little skeptical at first but once he knows you he loves playing with you. When I first met him he was skin and bones, super scared of everything and timid. Of course with lots of love and some time he has blossomed into an amazing little guy. He loves belly rubs, only eats dry food and drinks lots of water. He is now trained to go on a peepee pad or go for walks. He's extremely smart, sassy, loves dogs his size however he prefers female dogs; Spartacus is great with cats and even bunny rabbits! While staying with one of our team members he did well with both her small male and female dogs.
Spartacus's foster also has this to say about him: "Spartacus, once a very fearful, timid and shy dog has made a huge transformation the last few months. I have been working with him and giving him an abundant amount of love and affection and slowly but surely he has turned into a love bug. He now cuddles with me, allows me to pet him without him flinching, trusts me 100% and allows others to pet him as well. He loves all dogs his size but is afraid of bigger dogs. He is a picky eater but he loves watermelon, cucumber and oh my goodness cheese is differently his all time favorite. He has become super playful with me and loves all his toys. Anyone would be lucky to have him :)
He is fully potty pad trained and will only go on a potty pad or outside to do his business. Someone loving needs to adopt him! I suggest no young children cause kids can tend to pull and tug and play rough with dogs."
