"HI! My name is Lacy...I would like everyone to know that I am a beautiful, bashful,beagle mix . I am a good girl! I don't pull on my lead...that would be unlady like you know...I am wagging my tail more often every day and I am looking for my forever home. My foster parents say I have a sweet disposition. Please come and meet me soon."
