Yin's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Yin's Story...
Yin is a 1 1/2-2 year old (estimated) male Lhaso Apso - Shih Tzu mix (best guess). He weighs about 14 pounds and is full of energy. He will definitely need an adopter who is committed to being very active with him as he is definitely not a little white lap dog. If you're looking for a buddy to go hiking with Yin would be a great fit - think of the book Finding Atticus! We are recommending a home with no children for Yin. Yin is being fostered in Massachusetts and is looking for his forever home - could it be yours?

Adoption fee is $450, which includes spay/neuter, microchip, USDA transport, vaccines, health certificate and Massachusetts mandatory animal quarantine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Yin, a Holliston Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu for sale in Holliston, or seeking a Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Holliston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Holliston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Holliston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu breeders who help with Lhasa Apso/Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Holliston paves the way for another one to be saved.
