Tsuki's Story...

Hi, I’m Tsuki (Soo-key) which means “full moon" like my eyes. I’m a handsome senior. My life has been incredible. I used to leap through windows and run across towns and cower at the sound of a breeze. Now I’m much more laid back. I sleep a lot but I really love to be outside in all kinds of weather, although thunder still startles me.
My hearing’s not the greatest and I sometimes prefer standing in your way. I don’t need a leash on the trail. When I’m outside I’m a pup again but I always check back to see if you’re okay. The woods are my natural habitat.
I’m surprisingly healthy for my age; neutered, microchipped and up to date on everything. My hips are a little stiff and my skin’s sensitive so I eat a hypoallergenic diet. You’ll know I need something when I stare at you. I don't like aggressive dogs.
I am a gentleman, slow moving and stoic, and even though I whine persistently for attention, I have a very gentle spirit. Stay close to me if you can. I take care of my pack.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tsuki, a Denver Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Denver, or seeking a Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Husky/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
