My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Tsuki (Soo-key) which means “full moon" like my eyes. I’m a handsome senior. My life has been incredible. I used to leap through windows and run across towns and cower at the sound of a breeze. Now I’m much more laid back. I sleep a lot but I really love to be outside in all kinds of weather, although thunder still startles me.
My hearing’s not the greatest and I sometimes prefer standing in your way. I don’t need a leash on the trail. When I’m outside I’m a pup again but I always check back to see if you’re okay. The woods are my natural habitat.
I’m surprisingly healthy for my age; neutered, microchipped and up to date on everything. My hips are a little stiff and my skin’s sensitive so I eat a hypoallergenic diet. You’ll know I need something when I stare at you. I don't like aggressive dogs.
I am a gentleman, slow moving and stoic, and even though I whine persistently for attention, I have a very gentle spirit. Stay close to me if you can. I take care of my pack.
