My story

Meet Skittles! You have never met a more adorable Jack Russell Terrier. This little lady is tiny but mighty. Skittles is a people-oriented, affectionate little terrier who's dream family would scratch her belly while watching TV together every night. Skittles is about 10 years old but still energetic and outgoing, and tips the scales at only 11 lbs! She is a pocket-sized JRT and would love to accompany you wherever you may go after she melts your heart. Skittles is a perfect lady when it comes to manners. She takes treats gently, is housebroken, walks nicely on a leash, and loves to sleep and travel in her crate. 

Skittles gets along well with most other pets and has even spent time around livestock. She has been nonreactive around cats while on a leash but no direct contact with them yet. Skittles does like to act like a dominant female so other shy pets may become targets for her to pick on. Confident dog friends would be great for Skittles but she may be just as happy as the only pet. She LOVES her doggie day care and they love her there too.

Skittles was recently rescued from an LA area shelter and she has had a full dental (no doggie breath!), all vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and blood work. All she needs is a loving home!
