Ryder's Story...
Hi Ya'll my name is Ryder. I am a terrier mix and about 1 1/2 yrs old. I have been in this place they call a shelter twice. The first time I was there I was picked up because I was lost. No one ever came for me and a family adopted me in January. Well I got out again and my family said they didn't want me back. This nice lady at the shelter took me home and said that everything was going to be okay. I went to a nice vet today and got all fixed up and ready for a new forever home. I am a fun loving type of guy and love my people and I like other dog friends. Hope to see you soon!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ryder, a Plano Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Plano, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Plano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Plano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Plano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Plano paves the way for another one to be saved.
