Meet Copper!

Copper is a super sweet 1.5 year old female German Shepherd Dog in search of a new family to love. Copper has a traditional disposition for a young Shepherd -- excited, playful and curious! Since coming to us, she's been a model citizen and has done great in her socialization sessions.

Copper had a loving family previously and was well cared for, but life situations brought her to us. Going forward, she needs to work on basic obedience, leash manners, and continue with structured socialization sessions. With proper care and leadership, she will do excellent with her future family.

Copper is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines and does well in her crate. We are looking for adoptees, preferably with prior German Shepherd or large breed experience, a home with a yard, and no young children. Homes with other dogs will be considered, but Copper will need to be fully socialized with current dogs before being adopted into such an environment.
